National Framework

The National Quality Framework (NQF) is the result of an agreement between all Australian governments to work together to provide better educational and developmental outcomes for children using education and care services.  The NQF introduces a new quality standard to improve education and care across long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten, and outside school hours care.
In 2019 we were assessed against the National Quality Standards (NQS) which evaluates services in seven quality areas as well as providing an overall service assessment.

Quality Area 1 – Educational program and practice
Quality Area 2 – Children’s health and safety
Quality Area 3 – Physical environment
Quality Area 4 – Staffing arrangements
Quality Area 5 – Relationships with children
Quality Area 6 – Collaborative partnerships with families
Quality Area 7 – Governance and leadership and communities

We are proud to announce that our service is exceeding the quality standards in regards to relationships with children, and meeting all other National Quality Standards.
